Failure to meet these requirements may result in refusal or partial refunds.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products cannot be returned due to health, hygiene, or legal restrictions:

  • Digital and downloadable items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, intimate products)

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Clearance or final-sale items

Products marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Return Procedure

To begin a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide:

  • A return authorization approval

  • Instructions for packaging and shipping

  • Return shipping address

Unauthorized returns may not be processed or refunded.

Items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval. Returns received after the allowed window may be denied or subject to restocking fees.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees depend on the reason for return:

  • Customer-initiated returns (change of mind, wrong size, dislike, etc.): Customer pays return shipping.

  • Seller error or defective/damaged items: We cover the cost of return shipping and replacement (if applicable).

We recommend using trackable shipping services; lost return packages are not eligible for full refunds without tracking proof.

5. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your returned item, inspections typically require 3 to 5 business days. We check for:

  • Product condition

  • Missing parts

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Signs of wear or misuse

After inspection, you will receive email notification indicating approval or rejection. Items failing inspection may be eligible only for partial refunds or may be sent back at customer expense.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued within 3 to 7 business days to the original payment method. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We do not offer refunds to alternative payment methods or cash.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, except in cases where the product arrived defective, incorrect, or damaged.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We will cover the replacement shipping cost. For non-defective items, customers must return the original item first and place a new order.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Please provide:

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Order number

  • Detailed description of the issue

We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or refund.

9. Lost or Missing Packages

If the tracking number indicates the package has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, notify us so we can investigate with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the customer cannot locate the package, this is considered a carrier or local-delivery issue. Assistance will be provided, but compensation may not always be guaranteed.

10. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed. Once processing begins, cancellation is no longer guaranteed. If already shipped, the return process must be followed.

11. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that contradicts our published policies. Any fraudulent claims or misuse of the return system may result in account blocking.
