2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes

These delivery estimates are provided directly by our shipping carriers and may vary based on distance, customs inspections, weather conditions, and other uncontrollable factors. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates unless explicitly stated.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are determined by:

  • Shipping destination

  • Weight and dimensions of the package

  • Shipping method selected

  • Promotional free-shipping eligibility

All fees will be clearly displayed before payment. We do not charge hidden fees.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and link. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update depending on the courier. Customers are encouraged to monitor the tracking page regularly for delivery updates. If tracking information does not update within 72 hours, contact our support team for assistance.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. We are not liable for delayed deliveries or packages returned due to:

  • Incorrect street addresses

  • Missing apartment or unit numbers

  • Wrong postal codes

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping fees may apply.

For damaged packages, provide photos of the exterior packaging and product condition. Once verified, we will assist with replacement or refund procedures.

9. Pre-Orders and Back-Ordered Items

10. Order Modifications

We allow address changes, order edits, and upgrades only before the order has been processed. Once processing begins, modifications cannot be guaranteed.

Once a package shows “Delivered” on the carrier tracking page, we consider the order fulfilled. If a package is stolen or missing after confirmed delivery, customers must coordinate with the courier or local authorities. We may assist if additional documentation is needed.
